Everything we build for a ceramic line

Shakers, pulleys, spindles, pump bodies, press spares and the steelwork that holds it all up — designed, machined and welded in our own two factories in Egypt, from the raw material silo to the packing line.

The line

Eight stages, one supplier

A tile plant is a chain of machines, and every link in it wears out. Here is where we come in — stage by stage, from the silo to the pallet.

  1. Body preparation

Raw-material shakers, feeders and hoppers — plus the platform steelwork that carries them.

    See it in the catalog
  2. Milling

Grinder pulleys and continuous mill drive pulleys, machined complete from solid.

    See it in the catalog
  3. Slip handling

Slip pump bodies and pump valves, machined to your sample or drawing.

    See it in the catalog
  4. Pressing

Press overhaul on our own boring mills, plus the drive gears and heavy spares that keep a press running.

    See it in the catalog
  5. Glazing & decoration

Drive shafts, sprockets and couplings for glaze lines and digital printing lines.

  6. Firing

Kiln drive gearboxes, roller drives and replacement gearing — our core business since 2007.

  7. Polishing & squaring

Polishing spindles and spindle sleeves, reverse-engineered from the worn original.

    See it in the catalog
  8. Sorting & packing

Conveyor drives, sprockets and gearboxes for the end of the line.
