Rack & Pinion
Rack and pinion manufacturing is the process of producing a type of gear system that consists of a circular gear (pinion) and a linear bar with teeth (rack). Rack and pinion systems are used to convert rotational motion into linear motion, or vice versa. They are commonly used in steering mechanisms, machine tools, robotics, etc.
Some common applications of rack and pinion systems are:

- Smooth Operation: Rack and pinion systems are used to move loads or objects along a linear path in conveyor systems and lifting equipment. The rack and pinion system can handle various weights and sizes of loads, as well as different speeds and distances.
