Cement plants run continuously, and an unplanned stop on a kiln or raw mill is enormously costly. EL Badr Industries supplies and refurbishes the large girth gears, drive pinions, gearboxes, rollers and shafts at the heart of raw mills, kilns, crushers and clinker coolers.

We machine and gear-cut oversized components, reverse-engineer worn parts where no drawings exist, and rebuild assemblies to original tolerances — helping Egypt's cement producers keep their lines running and their maintenance windows short.
